Well, today was supposed to be my marathon. This morning it was 42°, sunny and there would have been a tailwind. What a bummer. I had to give up on the race because of my broken foot. I may not have made it anyway because of all the knee pain I had in the fall and winter. But it would have been nice to give it a try. I guess there is always next year; at this point my schedule is too full to add a marathon
Anyhoo, prep for my first sprint is going well. I'm doing 5K runs, 50 min stationary bike and I'm up to 1/3 mile swims in the lap pool. No bricks yet; I will start those next week. The school semester ends this week, so training time should open up after that. Right now I'm at about 2.5 hours per week. Six weeks out.
